Vovo Aracy's Bread Pudding (Pudim de Pao)
1 day-old
baguette, broken into small pieces
4 c. milk
6 eggs
2 T butter
400 grams sugar
1 T cinnamon
1 tsp cloves, ground
In a large bowl, soak the bread and the milk until softened and mushy. Beat eggs and add to bread mixture, then add the rest. Pout into caramelized pan (pudim mold) and cook in a water bath on top of the stove for about 30 minutes.
